Orchard owners/operators designated as ‘growers’ in the app registration own the scouting data for their blocks.
This data is only shared with others on their team as designated during the registration process as ‘other recipients’ and ‘fieldstaff’.
During the registration process, orchardists can choose to share their data with the researchers administering the app for research purposes where data is made anonymous or decline to share.
The App administrator, Tianna DuPont, will have access to the data for administration of the App but will not share or use data which has not been designated to share for research purposes.
Only anonymous data/averages will be published for designated data.
